You know the Imperial city is there, behind the invisible walls? (Enable no clipping, theres a lot of regions like Morrowwind that are there, but empty.)
Those'll be fun.
After those expansions, I expect they'll have to think big and have a continental sized game.

They are already developing an MMO.

I have only heard about the Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn expansions of Skyrim so far.
Didn't know that actually.
It'd be cool if Bethesda makes a game that scans previous Skyrim save files to determine the beginning of whatever comes after Skyrim. Or if you don't have any, you can choose the outcome of that war through dialogues.
But I don't expect that. It's more probable that the ending of Skyrim is irrelevant to the new game, much like Fallout 3 is irrelevant to New Vegas.

The issue is they have to put plots, characters, and regions into the game without first seeing how the playerbase will react.
Panda's is a good example of this. They Haemoraged long-time players after that announcement.

Not really. There were a lot of threats from players saying they would unsubscribe, yet regular subscriber numbers remain at over ten million.

They have lost millions.

As good as having 9 million is, and it's real good, it doesn't compare to heights of 12 million.
