Just looked it up on Wikipedia. I can see why. Hell, I probably conquered it while playing as the BE and didn't even realise it.

Let's look at it's perks.

-Dirt poor
-One province country and isn't even a European one at that.
-Tiny population
-Only terrain is mountain, meaning smaller pop and overall everythings worse
-Borders the hungry UK
-Part of the pathetically tiny Nepali culture group

Haven't even tried. Romanian puppets would probably be my difficulty limits.

For me, it'd probably be one of the smaller African states. Simply because, well.....

Sokoto and Ethipia can be hard, but not impossible if you mange to civilize. Oranje and Transvall are easy in comparison, and Zulu is easy too if you can be buds with the UK.

Liberia however is almost impossible.

Personally I find SA nad Latin American games as boring considering how difficult it is to expand. Brazil can be fun, and Argentina can be fun resisting Brazil, but the others are very hard, and the USCA takes a long time to get its shit together.

You're right they bloody well can. Unfortunately, something fucked up with the savegame as soon as I'd finished writing for September. I can't get past midnight on November 17th. The game just seems to crash to desktop. I've tried goivng through my backup save, but it won't work. I'm gonna go back to the old autosave and finish my war with the Slavs all over again, but I'm really pissed off. Might create a puppet this time around though, as I soon found after the war that I was pretty stretched.

EDIT: Whatever corrupted the save happened before November. Starting from the November autosave, I managed to play right up until the same point: 23:00, November 17th, 1938. Real bugger. Looks like I might have replay the entire Yugoslav invasion, if I don't simply have to start a new save. It's a shame because I've already written a thousand words for the AAR.

I find it very easy to do so.

The US, France, Germany, and Austria are all countries which can fairly easily displace the UK. I've done so with the US and Germany, usually by getting an insanely high industrial score. AI France in one game beat out the UK.

Spain declined in the 1800s so i guess it would be a pain to play as them, if i ever got vicky 2 i was always interested in playing as the Russian Empire or Prussia. Mainly because both are awesome factions in history.

I was interested in playing as the Czechs, but the idea of fighting the Wehrmacht is just a bit daunting, anyone have any advice for holding the line?
