Yeah, heard that was good. Which mod is the best for improving the new world, there seems to be so many of them and it's the aspect of EU3 that I want improved the most.

I have not.tried 399 mod so Phoenix mod.

I think I have started a major power war over a few provinces in Lithuania...
It's England, France and I (Teutonic/Prussia) vs Spain and Venice. Portugal joined the brawl at one stage, but got quickly trashed and lost 2 provinces to Spain.

If you're interested in early history, 399 A.D mod is perhaps one of the best mods out there.

Well, that's a surprisingly odd thing. HoI 3, Götterdämmerung start, Germany.

Following my usual strategy, D-Day was thrown back into the sea by moving all the Panzer and Mechanized divisions in Western Europe to bear on Caen while the other forces attack those other provinces.

After that was sorted, and the Italian forces retreated to that line of forts to hold a stable front line, and a massed fallback in Russia to the Daugava River in the north, a straight line from the Carpathians where a Soviet offensive was narrowly halted in October 1944 up to the Daugava, and a second curve from the bottom of the Carpathians up to Iasi, and then another curved front down to the Black Sea.

I evacuated the south of Norway as the forces there could be put to better use elsewhere, such as defending the German coastline, and the Panzer division in Denmark was sent east. Turns out that was a good idea, as the Allies have tried landing in Denmark/N. Germany numerous times and have been repulsed every time, but I have left a spare Mechanized corps there along with the forces from S. Norway.

I was also forced out of Finland, but only lost 2 divisions as a rearguard while the rest of my forces evacuate out through Sweden. Von Manstein has a full army made up of 5 'armoured' corps which was formed from Panzergruppe West and a few other units after D-Day was repulsed, although they're more a mix of Paratroops, Infantry, Mechanized and Armoured divisions and have been moved everywhere, firstly to the Eastern Front when I thought the Soviets would attack, then to Italy after the Allies managed to launch a minor offensive along the Adriatic Coast which they repelled. I think I'll have that Panzerarmee take over the Italian Front and move all the units in Italy to N.Germany in preparation for the next large Allied landing.

So downloaded the elder kings mod, looks really cool but its late so i wont play it tonight. However i did notice one thing. When you are creating your own character, when you get to the attributes area where you can add traits to your character. His/Her age does not advance at all unless you give them children, so you can essentially make them an unstoppable 16 year old god with ludicrously high stats and traits.

I'd also give him an insane fertility to test out how many offspring can be created in that eternity of a life.
