It is an Elder Scrolls(!!!) total conversion where you can play as any patch of land during the Second Interregnum (just after the Second Empire collapsed). The Traits system is wonderfully utilized here - for example, if a vampire infestation were to happen in your county, you may lead a purge yourself, with a chance of getting infected. Leave it alone for 3 days (seconds) and you turn into a vampire, just like the TES games. And that's just the tip of the tip of the iceberg.
Currently I'm playing a custom Imperial Warlord (free casus belli) character in Cyrodiil. He just reforged the High Kingdom of Cyrodiil and is planning to annex both Colovia in Nibenay to finalize reunification. The Empire of Tamriel itself can be founded not soon after (2 kingdoms, Amulet of Kings). Frickin' awesome.

Yes, I prefer NS rather than Eurovision.

Mod Team People wrote:It's come to our attention that some of you have had CTD issues. The most common problem is usually the cache. To fix it you must delete the content inside (Victoria II/map/cache), (Victoria II/mod/Ultimate/map/cache) and (My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/map/cache). If you've run the game once before it may also be necessary to delete the 'Ultimate' folder in (My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II). Another more unlikely possibility would be a problem with the flags cache, delete the content in (My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/gfx/flags).
If none of this does it. Your best bet would be to reinstall Victoria II.

Who were you?
IIRC every Orthodox Greek state gets that decision if Byzantium doesn't exist.
