The Master vs Batman. Who would win?

alright after seeing the new series doctor who episodes with the master and beating Arkham City as well as watching The Dark Night rises i thought: These are two very powerful characters who would have an interesting conflict if it ever happened.
I couldn't decide who would win so i created this thread to ask NS on who they think will win
all that i ask is: You have at least seen the real batman movies or played a game and know how deadly the master is

The master is actually a genius and classified as smarter than the doctor. He also has advanced hypnosis skills. He could most likely set a very elaborate trap for Batman and Batman would not even realise that he was in the trap until it was all over. Batman is determined but the master just dominates everything.

Uh, Batman then. Doctor Who always seemed kinda girly and your are mesured by the caliber of your opponents.

Depends which Batman. In the two sources you quoted, awesome as he was, Batman could never beat the Master. The Master built a paradox engine once, and he didn't take his time! Even with his genius-level intellect and photographic memory, he's outmatched on every level.
In the comics, Batman had the potential to defeat the entire Justice League, as seen when his plans were stolen by Ra's Al Ghul and used against them. In this case, he'd probably win.
Either way, even if he did come out on top, Baatman would have to violate his moral code and kill him to truly win. You couldn't detain the Master for long.
