AH was alright to me, the amount of destruction was cool, the fact that you can fly an AC-130 was also pretty fucking cool.

Felt like superman...with a howitzer.

You sink at least 12 named warships, one being a nuclear aircraft carrier, the other an Iowa-class.

Along with the dozens of other nameless warships slaughtered by you.

Mobius literally breaks the back of the navy in a single battle.

Then you sing the Usean national anthem.

Literally superior in every respect.

That's putting it pretty one-sidedly.

I could just as easily say that the Razgriz's destruction of the Scinfaxi and it's invasion support fleet (which decimated Yuktobania's offensive capability and opened the door for it's invasion) trumps Mobius 1's destruction of the Erusean fleet. Which by the way was both immobilized and at least half of which were docked at port and likely undermanned.

Add in the fact that the events "Front Line" were only one in a long line of their impressive naval warfare accomplishments, and boom. Razgriz wins :D

One theory is that Nagase was trying to become an astronaut (Due to her knowladge of the Arkbird), so she became a fighter pilot for traing (Which is Osea is like the U.S., is a requirement for Shuttle Pilots-15000 hours as a pilot at least)

Ace Combat Zero is FUCKING....What did your mind just put there? If its awesome then i am glad you are projecting correctly.

I am dead serious, Nothing that anybody will ever do will convince me that ACZ's music is somehow beaten by other games.
Something about the guitar made me want to drink Tequila, so thats what i drank that night.

Game has aged well, same as AC5 and dare i say AC4, but ACZ is close to my heart due to the characters that it has. When playing casually, i went through the Knight style. Believe it or not, i have 3 saves dedicated to each style, all aircraft unlocked by the way.

Now, people that know me that play this game will know that my...Irrational dislike of PJ is somewhat evident.

Seriously, that one mission after Pixy defects made me realize how much i missed him as a wing man. "PJ, go kill those MIG-21s, should be easy for you." and he goes over to that first group that you encounter. So i fuck off to go kill targets up north, took me around 5 minutes to kill them all, i took a peek at my radar and what do i see? 3 green blips....well at least he got one.

So i go back there to save his ass from the oh-so-dangerous fishbeds, i decide to keep him on cover for the remainder of that time. if any Belkan was getting on my ass, i am making damn sure PJ gets shot at first.

I mean goddamnit, i know he isnt pixy but come on! Pixy wouldve killed those fishbeds, fly back to where i was and kill the targets that i didnt kill before me! NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A WINGMAN! TAKE NOTES PJ! Oh....wait. laser.....

Now that scene alone practically redeems him of any asschewing (Heh) that i did, reason being is that he followed my standing orders: take ALL the fire. Then Pixy shows up with his flying weapon of doom in the form of the morgan. i brought up a Black colored Falken, least i got style points.

Mission ends with him Ragequitting the fuck outta there and a massive fuckhuge explosion. And me, being drunk and having my patented dirty mind activated, i thought to myself: I wonder if PJ's girlfriend is available? And then, the ending theme song brought out ALL the feels.

All of them, damn near brought a tear to my eye my first time playing it.

So what do you think about the red Mobius symbol at the end of Mission 8? Will there be another 8 missions? That Kono guy says that the Infinity campaign is over.

An interesting theory is thus:

On the symbol are the words INFINITY-111. Mobius One's squadron number is 118. 118-111 = 7 = Ace Combat 7. So will the Infinity storyline be continued in an Ace Combat 7? Was Infinity used as a sort of teaser-game before the release of an Ace Combat 7 for PS4?

Either way, the future of Ace Combat Infinity and Ace Combat in general is going to reveal something HUGE. I hope it's more ACI because honestly, I can't afford to get a PS4 xD

However, I think that there will be more ACI campaign missions along with another campaign play ticket. The first ticket says it's for "Campaign Missions 1-8". Oddly specific, don't you think? Also, no Ace Combat game has ever had less than 16 missions.

ACZ's missions and combat AI were also far, far better than AC5.
