Edit: Technically, it closes at 11:59PM on the 31st. At least I think that's the deadline. Midnight confuses me.

I'm not in charge here, but I'll offer this:
Try to get it done in time and let us know if it's not going to happen in time (or if you need an extension). Better yet, tell us now whether it's possible or not.
