COD was ruined for me by the loud majority of people who play it, i.e. the n00b pwners and those-who-fucked-your-mother types of people.
Therefore, I don't care what happens, as I won't be buying it.

But, I do feel that this has become an uncomfortable trend with games recently. They are creating sequels that shouldn't be (Pokémon Black and White 2) and not making the ones that should be. (Star Wars Battlefront 3)

I say it was pretty good. In my view, instead of fusing Call of Duty with halo, they fused Black Ops with Modern Warfare 3. Black Ops lead to MW3, and MW3 will lead to Black Ops 2. Just because its futuristic doesnt mean much has changed.

I'd personally like to see a resistance movement other than the French one. Don't get me wrong, the French Resistance needs more games to show its amazingness as well, but what about the Chetniks and other Serbian partisans, or the Polish? That'd be worthwhile.

I dislike all CoD games anyway. Bad FPS the multi-player maps are nothing on battlefield. Seriously who jumps about with with an M1 Barret and gets a headshot. And the polotlines are awful.

I think Treyarch does very well with their call of duties, but if you ask me Infinity War does pretty bad nowadays. Well the reason why IW is doing bad is cuz of how badly Activision handled them.
