They're both stubborn, but I don't really see how she's more stubborn, other than that scene where she burns down the 2000 year old artifact...and some others...
What I'm saying though is that my argument isn't completely obvious yet, but and the show was definitely not created solely to fulfill this plot idea (that was a joke), but one can surely see elements of the romance desired by Zutara fans, even though, at this point in the series, it is small. It'll be more obvious later. My actual argument, that this new series contains elements desired in the original series by Zutara fans, holds water, even if it's only a few spoonfuls now.

And hey, I'm not saying I am a Zutara fan, because I'm not. I'm just saying this series is show signs of having what Zutara fans were looking for (granted, put in a new setting) in the original series.
