Doesn't mean their worthless. Had good success with a rain team while on Showdown!

Damp Rock expands the length of rain to 10 turns, which is good on a Politoed. Especially since there's no longer weather wars, only problem is you can't boost his longevity as well.

I decided to replay Platinum, when my American cousin said (I'm Irish and living in Ireland. ROI to be exact) that my Platinum was fake. Had to explain that PAL/UK versions come in big transparent boxes, still didn't believe me. When I finally won the argument he was like "I knew that I was just trying to trick you" Sure he was.
