There's a difference between image spam and NSBalls.

Good NS Ball comics don't just continue the social spam found in F7, but rather they either mock, parody or provide satire for current events of the NationStates community.

That's how NSBalls got started in the first place, not just just continual spam of nonsense that is best kept to F7.
