I really do feel like CA put too much on the Skaven's plate. Not saying that's a bad thing but they disrespected my boy Tehenhauin a bit.

I love Tehenhauin and the Lizardmen are tied with the Vampire Coast as my favorite Warhammer faction but damn, I've had way more fun playing as the Skaven with Ikit Claw and I've never started a Skaven campaign until now!

Lizardmen should be gotten a second free-LC LL by now. Do not fret. Honestly though skaven had a lot of good content that wasn't in the game before dlc, also food was barely manageable.

Yeah, even though I understand why they added TiqTaq'To (Since they wanted a lord that buffs the Lizardmen roster in a unique way), I think they needed a bigger and better unit to better represent the Lizardmen in the DLC like the Trogoladon, even though I like the ancient Sally.

I'd say Nakai would've been a better choice as he could buff Kroxigors and Skinks, revolving the army around these two Lizardmen types. Gor Rok, even though he's a fan favorite, would end up being a sub-par version of Kroq Gar and just buff Saurus which is boring.

But yeah, with the DLC and updates, the Skaven campaign is super fun and not as boring or unnecessarily difficult like it used to be.

Honestly though, I haven't heard much news about a Lizardmen FLC. I think they're going to focus on the Empire and Greenskins, who are also very outdated and in need of some love.

Got my new computer parts today, once i get it built and set up an OS I'll hopefully be able to play every TW game with no BS.

You'll probably have some trouble with the older games though. I remember Rome 1 not running as smoothly on my computer even though Warhammer 2 was running rather well on Ultra settings.

I was caught off guard by the change in politics last time I resumed my second Rome faction game (can't remember which one I chose out of the non-Julii, or, indeed, their names).

When I first played Rome II I found the political stuff very, very easy. I believe there was meant to be a civil war or something? Didn't happen. Didn't get close to happening. Wasn't using an easy difficulty setting either. In this game? (Although I haven't played for months since it's semester time and I have an addictive personality.) Not so much. I found myself paying specific attention to what's going on in pretty much every turn and I'm not convinced I was managing it the right way either.

And that's with a Rome game. They've got to be the easiest faction to play...

Correct, Imperator Rome. The most wasted potential of a game I've seen in a while.
As for Three Kingodms I understand the complaints of it not being a traditional Total War game but since the battle are for the most part traditional and well functioning I am willing to accept the sacrifices.
