A TOTAL WAR DLC that is a CAMPAIGN PACK with MORE THAN 3 FACTIONS for ONLY 10 DOLLARS. If this was Rome 2 or Attila they'd charge you $15-$20 for three factions and broken mechanics.
I think most of the criticism is coming from new Chinese players that aren't used to CA policies. Honestly, the 8 Princes DLC should have a mixed attitude on Steam at around 50% to 60%, instead of a rather harsh 36%.
Also, I'm guessing some of the reviews are complaining about NetEase. Hell, some WH2 reviews are complaining about NetEase.

Yeah, same thing nearly happened to me, but like I said I just abandoned my starting settlements to Liu Biao and Yuan Shao. Once you're able to make peace with the larger factions its easier to pick on the smaller ones and gain territory.
I also found it pretty anti-climatic that the Tyrant can die within five turns from a scripted event.
The Yellow Turbans certainly have a different playstyle compared to other 3K factions! I'll probably need to suffer a few more campaign defeats until I can get my strategy adjusted! Might try Gong Du next considering he's rather isolated!
I think it'd be nice if CA had more campaign customization options. Like stopping legendary characters dying from events. Dong Zhuo's event is a hit or miss. Sometimes, Dong survives until turn 100 with Lu Bu at his side. Other times, he drops like a fly the moment the Diaochan event chain starts!
Oops, Sun Jian was my first ever campaign and I haven't touched him ever since. Probably should get back to him sometime in the future! Hopefully, CA releases a barbarian DLC for 3K which will fill up the bottom of the map!
