Sometimes their family dies off though so if that happens there aren't going to be any Aztecs in the Americas. I did toggle_fow early game in a Spanish campaign and the faction leader of the Aztecs was in his 60s and there was only one other general and he was like, 40.

I would and MAYBE it'd be worth $60. Total war games at launch only have $60 graphics and $30 content. I have no issue with major dlc but little shit pisses me off. I also hate paradox which basically charges you for major updates.

I could only afford to send one full stack because I was at war with Poland, France, Egypt, the Turks, the Mongols, the Timurids, and the Spanish.
Me being at war with Egypt, the Turks, the Mongols, and the Timurids was from a jihad that was called on Cairo, which I own. However, there's a Timurid jihadi stack that's stuck at a port on the Black Sea, and doesn't seem to be suffering desertion problems for some weird reason, the jihad never actually ended, so I can't call for a ceasefire.

ROTS is good. especially compared to Warpath DLC. If it's only companion DLC wasn't FOTS and they gave ROTS more content and the ability to play around then it'd be one of the best TW DLC ever.

Yes, ROTS is bare bones, pretty much just...like it needs something more.

I conquered Cairo in a previous crusade, but then someone called a Jihad on Cairo, so the Mongols, Timurids, Turks, Egypt, and the Moors all declared war on me. I also wiped out Milan, which was allied to Poland, Spain and France, and they won't accept a ceasefire. A French cardinal was elected pope, so they probably won't get excommunicated any time soon.

Mamelukes had the nerve to retake Cairo from my French occupation force (i.e., a battalion of militia).

So I called in Napoleon to take it back, and had the cavalry run down the retreating Mamelukes for good measure.

I can't afford another stack. I'm barely breaking even right now, since I'm at war with a bunch of factions and need large garrisons. The only reason I'm making money at all is because I have merchants in the New World that are on tobacco and gold resources

While I've not seen it in action myself, I've heard criticisms of the same.

Usually, unless it's multiple stacks facing off against multiple stacks. There are some mods that help with it though.

Yeah i think i have one or two that slows down the units to more suitable speeds so the battles last longer. Usually battles for me last about 10-20 minutes as such, around the 20 minute mark or a bit longer if its multiple armies as you said.
