You get it from completing the daedara mission at the temple near Winterhold. You also have to sacrifice a companion (or hireling ) to do it, but the mail has some pretty nice abilities.

I just enjoy the aesthetics of the armor's ability.

I wear Shrouded Armour. Not the whole set, mind you, just the armour piece that covers the torso and legs. No boots or gloves or helmet for me. All I use is that, the Ring of Hircine, Shouts, and the two axes I picked up from Arnbjorn.

Just buy dwarven ingots and smith dwarven bows. Fast smithing xp with a price tag of only about 15k to get 100 smithing.

I try. I go werewolf sometimes, when I'm bored, am fighting a tough enemy, or want to make things interesting.

I do iron daggers, and then use petty soul gems to enchant them with banish. Ups both skills and I can get hundreds of dollars per dagger.

I try. I go werewolf sometimes, when I'm bored, am fighting a tough enemy, or want to make things interesting.

I have never used my werewolf ability in combat, yet.

Meh, the costs are generally worth it in my eyes. Coins are esy to come by but my patience is a very finite number.

Expensive? Doing simple side-quests, such as Numbers Jobs, for the Thieves Guild can help.

Did the same. I was wearing quickly ridiculously good ebony things for my level, and crashing things around. I went during lvl 30 to 50 killing most things one shot.

The xp is directly related to the items used. It's why it is generally a good idea to transmute iron ore if you have uncut gemstones.

You can do that with Deadric, too, and it has the highest BAR.
