So my tank-and-spank character cannot sneak, my assassin cannot put on heavy armor, and my mage cannot use any kind of weapons other then staves.
Playing between three characters is a pain, why must I be so indecisive?

That's kind of the point. If your making a walking brick wall, then it wouldn't be able to sneak.
It's like the people who keep saying they are running something stupid like a 'light side smuggler' on the star wars mmo. If your character is smuggling, he isn't good.

Take them all off and only load the ones you actually really want. I got all mod crazy, then I started to get annoyed by everything so I'm down to 10 mods. Which are mostly just visual, and modding Breezehome.

Please tell me that you're trolling. You say that you are creating specialized characters and then complain that you don't have a jack-of-all-trades. That's like smoking crack and then complaining that you haven't figured out Einstein's general theory of relativity.![]()

Yeah, guess I'll do the same. I'm also going add the quest mod, And the Realms of Daedra, I really wanted to try it out! If I still have problems, I'm just going to shoot my PC with an automatic rifle....or take a walk outside.

I'm going have to steal one...sigh.

Are you good with computers, or someone else here? Could my computer be the issue here? Here's my hardware:
i7 920
1TB HD
8 ram
560 TI Graphics Card

It's definitely not the hardware side. The most likely cause of it all is just having mods which have negative reactions to each other. Things like having two mods that effect followers, the same aspect of a game (areas, NPCs, etc.) tend to clash with each other and create bugs.
That is why you have to be very conservative with the mods you have and not go overboard. They are more likely to crash against one another then to work together.

Okay thanks. I guess I did go a little nuts on the mods. Thanks for the advice!

Lastly, Kathor the Insidious is my Orc, currently finishing the mass murder of the denizens of Riverwood.
