Nah, i plan on a quad core 8 gb ram kind of PC. I thought to build it first, but it turned out to be more expensive.

Processor:A quad core AMD 2.9-3.1GHz
Motherboard:Any motherboard that isn't to expensive
RAM: 2x4GB DDR3
A graphic card above Nvidia 550
A hard disk of about 500GBs
And that's mostly it. It would cost me 200 euros more if i built it.

It was probably just random loot. Keep clearing dungeons and you might find a new one. Also court wizards and people at the college might sell it.

EDIT: Also, Colette Marence at the The College of Winterhold sells the spell tome.

Spell tomes are random loot. You can find them in almost any dungeon. Or alternatively you can buy them from court wizards and the college. Which ones they'll sell you depends on your level though.

Actually those major chests, unless they're related to a specific quest, are what contains the random loot I was referring to.

Transmute is only found in a few locations. It really is a rare spell. I think there is a bandit camp outside whiterun with the book. Halted stream camp.

As an aside I meant higher rank reanimation spells are hard to find in staffs.

Just discovered my new favorite shout that beats 'Fus-Ro-Dah'. I forget what it's made up of, but I've just discovered the second word for 'Marked for Death' and DAMN is it nice. It saps and weakens foes, it's like a poison, but unlimited and free, and it can hit multiple targets.

Personally I'm a fan of time-stop and fire-breath. Storm call is also nice but I don't use it a lot because it's too random.

Also, I realized something else. The Ebony helmet makes you look like batman. I now must find a cape and fight bandits.

Which may I say, looks fucking ridiculous on an Argonian like myself. The tail goes straight through the fucking cape.

If you haven't noticed, a lot of things from Star Wars are pretty much Medieval themes futurized.

That's literally my only complaint with that armor. Its bad-ass as hell till I go in 3rd person and see my tail. Also Argonains 4 teh win.
