It's fun and useful early on, but about middle to late game only the passive bonus is of any use.

For the sake of a few trivial downsides it's totally worth it. If nothing else you can run at approximately 150mph.

Well, you could look it up online, or you can ask Arngeir about Words of Power and he'll point you to one at random. Sooneer or later he'll point you to the rest of Whirlwind Sprint.

Ahh that makes sense he is one of the grey-beards right?

Yeah, the only one who talks to you. Well, apart from that guy who just says "Dovahkiin" and makes the whole building shake.

It might actually be a good idea to get them at an earlier level, if the dungeons scale by level.

Become Ethereal is one of my favorite shouts, you should look up the other words and meditate on it with Parathunax, as doing that increases healing time when you're in etheral form, vital for fights. Also the shout is good for skydiving.

I don't think I even spent a soul on Become Ethereal. I might give it a try next chance I get.

Yeah but it sucks having to wait 12 hours afterwards.

I was reading what other people thought about it, and my friends have it. So I was wondering what it's like before I can find enough money to buy it. I posted here because I just couldn't help seeing the massive SKYRIM!! on my 'View your posts' section. Also to see what other people had to say about Oblivion compared to Skyrim.

I tended to use it when a quest pointed me to somewhere I hadn't been before, so I'd spend more than that on whatever I was doing and reporting back before I'd want to use it again.

Ring of Hricine allows for more transformations per day. It can quite useful. I do feel dirty thoguh because I had to use console to start the quest to get it. Save file is corrupted and loading Falkreath crashes the game. But that's the plus of having it on a pc, you cna use console to skip over a bugged quest objective.

Yah but im a vampire fan. That and unrelenting force is very useful but like where do i find other words for Whirlwind sprint?

Same here. I made a character specifically for the reason of becoming a vampire. I just need to level up and play until I have enough followers to have an entire bloodbank at my house, before I turn into a vampire.
