That over-rated pibsqueak is not crazy. You should watch Excel Saga, Fooly Cooly, Puni Puni Poemi, Cat Soup, or the dream scenes in Azumanga Daioh to truly appreciate the hallucinogenic goodness of anime. It's the best aspect of anime, surrealism.

Many SHAFT works include moments of a distinctive style of rather artistic surrealism - or maybe it's just Akiyuki Shinbo.

Also, I found Puni Puni Poemy a bit of an... acquired taste.

Loved Excel Saga though.

Right now finished episode 8 of "High School DxD". Where that phoenix nigga kissed one of his chess pieces infront of issei and in front of his fiance. Issei shoulda kicked ass, sometimes he be actin bitch and I hate that. So far the anime makes me laugh a lot. Going to watch until episode 10 then I'm going to bed, finish up tomorrow and start another anime.

Some fights, but nothing I, personally, saw as redeemable for the anime.

The latter's pretty much it. If you're looking for a little action with your fan service, or at least a decent plot, try Ikki Tousen (although their clothes tear like paper towels), Hyakka Ryouran or Sengoku Otome. :)
