Watched an episode of Heat Guy J last night and an episode of Trinity blood  Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Hugue-shinpu

I watch the line up on Adult swim on Saturday nights. It goes: Bleach, FMA Brotherhood, Durarara, Kekkaishi, FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Big O, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Repeat Bleach, Repeat FMA Brotherhood, Repeat Durarara, Inuyasha.

I love the line-up cause I can see alot of anime in one sitting.

I was watching Claymore, but I have it on pause right now because I was interrupted by a Skype call (which doesn't seem to be going anywhere *sigh*).

Do it. I'm rewatching it atm. We can be lolicon buddies. :3

Edit: Make sure to get an uncensored version. There's nothing that bad in it, and the censorship is OTT and kinda ruins it.

Legends of the Galactic Heroes
Synopsis:
Two star faring governments wage war the Galactic Empire and the Free Planet Alliance. however, while the war that has lasted hundreds of generations continues, changes withing both governments will tip the balance for one side.

Review:
Space Opera at It's finest. after a while, you stop caring about the war and you are focused on the people involved. on one side, you have Reinhard von Müsel, an aspiring commander who has big plans in store for the Empire. on the other, you have Yang Wan Li, a lowly teacher with a knack for tactics. this is an EPIC series containing 110 episodes. Space battles are large and so are the casualties. the history and background is rich and well developed. It is my opinion that if shown in the US, this could be as big as Star Trek or even Star Wars.
on the other hand... I have another set of fingers.

1) SPINE. 2) LITHER 3)GINGER 4)SUBTEXT

That over-rated pibsqueak is not crazy. You should watch Excel Saga, Fooly Cooly, Puni Puni Poemi, Cat Soup, or the dream scenes in Azumanga Daioh to truly appreciate the hallucinogenic goodness of anime. It's the best aspect of anime, surrealism.

On an IRC channel I frequent, I've finished Revolutionary Girl Utena a few weeks ago and we're starting Planetes. On my own, I've recently finished Wakfu, though I don't think that's really an anime.

Anime is a flawed concept. It's an abbreviation for the Japanese pronunciation of animation...so in it's raw essence it could be any animation. Outside of Japan, anime is the name given to strictly Japanese animation.

left it after the first 2 episodes, it's not that i can't handle it, but i just dislike how it just makes the girls look like sluts at such a young age. just felt that it had little plot and was filled with under-age fan service.

Astarotte is more comedic which is why i liked it.

regardless it's your life so do as you wish, but it give me a different outlook on life. so much that i had to search child abuse and human trafficking on Wikipedia and read it for 30 minutes trying to understand why people do such things and no one chooses to stop it. it'll be a great morality topic for me to ask my teachers in philosophy / psychology class.
