Errrrrrrrrr. Well this is an insane question.

I'm going to saaaaay, When Sorrow Sang, by Blind Guardian, because it's insanely over the top to the point of hilarity, while maintaining its melody and prettiness.

Then again I dunno if that counts, as it's from a concept album about Arda, not earth. YYZ by Rush is amazing.

I like Scarlborough Fair, a traditional English folk song - as with Greensleeves. I don't know anyone who dislikes Take Five by Dave Brubeck.

Bergtollets Hevn by Gorgoroth is neat but then again it's a pretty niche genre and I don't think most people are going to like it.
