Yeah, they had Scream Bloody Gore. And only a few standout songs, but overall, they're albums were pretty average, with nothing really special. And with Death Metal already being a rather uninspired genre, you can see why they are overrated.

Goddamn, judging by what I've heard so far, Bolt Thrower songs all seem to have the most awesome riffs before the vocals come in. And then afterwards.

All genres are pretty uninspired when you pick out all the boring bands in said genre. Heard my fair share of bland as hell black metal bands. And the same with death metal

You forgot 'during'. They have the most awesome riffs during the vocals too. Bolt Thrower just in general is made of pure riffing win.

Yeah, that too. I meant after as in after the lyrics begin. Truly amazing riffs, and it isn't just the same stuff over and over. It's just riff after riff.

Both great ones. World Eater was the song that first hooked me on Bolt Thrower.

God dammit, there's so many to choose from. The Killchain, At First Light, For Victory, Forever Fallen, Powder Burns, The IVth Crusade, Icon, Cenotaph, etc etc etc.

I wonder when/if they are every coming out with a new one. It's been ten years.

The Killchain was the first Bolt Thrower song I heard, that riff was great.
