I basically hear to Power Metal as Rhapsody of Fire, Helloween, Emerald Sun, Avantasia, and many more. I hear Folk Metal too: Eluveitie, Turisas, Korpiklaani, Equilibrium, and bands less known as Elvenking or Saurom Lamderth. Now I´m hearing Death Metal since a few weeks, but I didn´t know a lot of groups, so I´ve come to ask you for some groups guys, if you can. Now I hear to Zonaria, Dark Tranquility, Rise to Fall... basically, melodic death.

Slayer, Megadeth, Cannibal Corpse, Kreator, Exodus, Arch Enemy, Destruction, Sodom, Infernal War, Heaven Shall Burn, Mayhem, Gorgonoth, Annotations of an Autopsy, Annihilator, and Darkthrone
as you can see I like a HUGE variety of metal types mainly thrash metal death metal and black metal but really any metal is awesome in my opinion

It is my favourite genre.

It's so over the top and ridiculous. Boring too, there's no charm to it. It's not all terrible but it's just so bland.

Try Death, though they're progressive; still counts, right? Err, Bathory's another big one, did some viking and almost black stuff late on though I think.

Ummm Bathory never played death metal. They're mainly a black metal band that added some viking stuff later on, and went through a brief thrash phase. Death's first few albums are sure-fire staples of the death metal genre, and their later albums (like the fantastic album Symbolic) are more progressive and more accessible.
As for Northwestern Iberia's request, here's some great melodeath:Starting out, you can't go wrong with the genre's big four

Personally, I recognise that some bands are an incredible shit, but another bands like Rhapsody of Fire are fucking great.
