What is "good people rap" supposed to mean? Rap by upstanding citizens? God, that would be boring.

Also, what do you mean by "clean" metal? Metal without distortion? Without swearing? Without screaming? Because the latter two exist and the former might not work.

Country rap and piano-oriented rock both exist.

I can sorta see faster doom, just look at Pentagram, but I can't imagine funeral doom as anything but slow.

That song is basically blackened doom punk. I hear some noise rock elements, too. Odd that such a minimal song can evoke so many genres.



That's pretty genius. I was more thinking lo-fi, minor-key surf with black metal themes, though, maybe with some shoegaze elements.

Is it just me or is the best way to invent the name of a music genre apparently to smash together names of existing genres until you find something that sticks?

Seriously. Music fans have to ease off the Large Genre Collider and try actually making up an original name. Not just pop music fans either -- I'm looking at you, neo-spectralist postmodern romantic classicists.
