I recently went and picked up this book, but it took me a while to sit down and read it. So far it's really good. I got to the end of chapter 7 and I literally said out loud "OH SHI-" Who else has read it or owns it?

That book is what this site is modeled from.
I've read it like two years ago.

How's 20% suit you?

I own, read, enjoyed it pretty much. Especially the part where the clone of Ayn Rand chases Jennifer through the sewers of Moscow. Just thinking about it sends shivers through me.

I've been meaning to buy it for ages, but the last time I went into A&R they didn't have it. Maybe I'll try Borders and get it cheap from a closing down sale.

I'm sure you can probably order it online. I'm not sure about that, but I wouldn't be surprised.

In any event, I've been meaning to get it for a while, too. I've just been hit with a large case of what is called "procrastination."

Own it, good book.

Still, my favorite part in it is where the title character is forced to team up with the clone of Ayn Rand to kill
Lenin and the White Army when they reveal themselves as secretly controlling the European Union from undeath.
It turned an already exciting thriller into a pure awesome action flick, and I especially loved the one section during that time when
US Alliance and Team Advantage leaders actually get together to sell weapons to the fragmented markets in a plan to make them attack the European Union.

In other words, sheer brilliance.

Gosh leave Ayn Rand alone :P

It was unfortunately not available in my country but I nevertheless had to get hold of it so yes. It was a bit draggy in the beginning but I find the plot quite original. A little predictable yet still interesting twist.

I haven't read syrup but Max seems to like twists as is with Company :P

I preferred Company, but nevertheless liked Jennifer Government too. One of my fave books. :)
