4Hero is probably my favourite of all time. Goldie is legendary. Netsky is one of my current favourites. Listening to a lot of liquid funk at the moment.

Best electronic artists? Like anyone who uses electronic sounds mostly in their music? That's realllly broad. You might as well said 'Best Artists who use guitars'. Therefore I cannot possibly decide, too broad a selection :)
