Just say your favorite electronic artists. It can be any electronic genre such as house, techno, game wave, bitpop, electronica, acid, etc.
Mine would be Basshunter, Deadmau5, Swedish House Mafia, Darude, Familjen, Slagsmålsklubben, Röyksopp, Axwell, Daft Punk, Benny Benassi, and Laser Inc.

"There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious—makes you so sick at heart—that you can't take part. You can't even passively take part. And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all." -Mario Savio

Basshunter lolnou

I don't have a list of the "best" because I like and dislike songs from a lot of artists.

Though one I am liking now is KloneZ.

You're an idiot... Electronic is played with keyboards, synthesizers and mixers. It's just like playing the piano except its not a complete bore. If it's so easy I'd like to see you try to make electronic music.

Absolute favourite of all time is Ladytron.

Otherwise: Röyksopp, Yelle, DJ Tomcraft, Designer Drugs.

And if they count, Goldfrapp, La Roux and Robyn.

There are also quite a few in my local music scene that I'm always happy to support. Peachcake is one.

Out of those, I really only like Yelle and La Roux.

I guess. Last time I checked, tho, synthesizers and mixers weren't... you know... musical instruments. They're pieces of equipment. Call me old fashioned but, like I said, I like it when real people play real instruments to make a song, not when some guy on a laptop takes a bunch of sounds and mixes them together and pushes buttons to distort them while an audience of x-ed up teenagers and 20 somethings flail around a club with glow sticks and pretend like they're part of a movement.

How do you think a synthesizer makes noise? Just by turning the nobs? Synthesizers are keyboards with multiple electronic sounds on it so you should learn your stuff before you post stupid comments.

So what about Trent Reznor or RZA, are they not musicians? They do a hell of a lot more than you described and both play multiple non-electronic instruments in compliment to their use of samplers, sequencers and synths.

The Residents, Whitehouse, Monolake, Merzbow, Nine Inch Nails, Ladytron, Aphex Twin, and Daft Punk, and various random pieces of dubstep and chiptunes are really the extent of my electronic music experience.

The Residents are one of my all-time favorite bands.
