They're both great, but I biased towards Reaper's Due. I cranked the various plague settings to their highest level in the first game I played with it and it was actually a lot of fun.

Depends if they're referring to the patch of geography called Norway or the nation of Norway, since the latter doesn't exist as at the time of Victoria II (and thus probably Vicky III) Norway is in a union under Sweden.

Which was then followed by a short war against sweden when it was then put into a union with Sweden till 1905. In Victoria 2, Norway was part of Sweden to reflect this.

Then again, could just be fucking with us.

I was just looking to start a new game earlier (that's how I discovered the patch was out, incidentally) and ended up continuing a save that I started months ago. Everything's working splendidly for me. I'm surprised at how well things are going, I don't normally play save games across major patches.
