Steve's max weight pales in comparison with the Terrarian. They can wear armor made of black holes, meaning they can basically lift galaxies with their pinky finger. Not only that, but also zip around at high speed while carrying all this.

Steve can teleport. Now his teleporting speed is about as fast as he can type in a command. Somebody did the math, forget who, but they determined that Steve can travel faster than light.
Creative Steve I deem to be cheating, so yeah. However survival Steve is pretty powerful but he needs a lot of prep time.
Another contender could be the Atlas from No Man’s Sky. A massive computer simulating an invite amount of universes. Now if you are within the simulation they yeah the Atlas unstoppable, however in the lore of No Man’s Sky, the Atlas computer in the real world was abandoned and is running out of power. The computer has approximately 16 mins until it runs out of power and dies. Now 16 minutes outside the simulation could be thousands or even millions of years within the simulation. So in the events of the No Man’s Sky, The Atlas is technically weaker than it once was.
The Absolute Solver, aka “The Absolute Solver Fabric” is an AI program and the main antagonist of the TV web series “Murder Drones.” The absolute solver can infect robots and assimilate matter and use that to manipulate material to their whim. Currently season 1 or Murder Drones is not finished yet so the Absolute Solver’s true power and motives are still yet to be revealed, however we do know that it assimalated enough matter on earth to create a black hole and destroy it, and it possibly took control of robot in order to destroy a nuclear reactor and blowing up the core of the planet Copper-9. However just like Minecraft Steve, the Absolute solver needs a lot of prep time.

In terms of fighting, Master Chief from Halo could be the shout. He is powerful and knowledgeable.

He comes back whenever he dies (regardless of what happens to his body; also this is in story too, not just gameplay), because he is "banished from death." Has a massive array of abilities, including teleportation, stealth, controlling animals, and more.
Unlike the OP's nomination, he cannot die even if his will is broken (although that is very unlikely to happen).
So it depends on whether one values power or durability more. Talion lacks the power over time, but his immortality is unconditional. Also, because his respawning brings him back away from the place of his death, regardless of what happens to his body, he is able to overcome Kirby's ability.
I don't know that he's the most powerful of all, but he's up there.
