I tried out Post Scriptum at 3 AM with the lights off and the volume in my headset cranked as high as possible without being painful to my ears. Not only did the arty scare the bejeezus out of me, but I found a bunch of new atmospheric tunes for my Spotify playlist, so that's a win in my book.

I've been looking for another MMO to play (I've done everything in the ones I do play and new content is far and few between) so I'm trying out Trove. Its blocky "Minecraft-y" world is nice and the graphics aren't too much for my laptop. Plus it's free to play, which is a huge check in the "plus column." I'm not interested in getting a monthly subscription just to get through the door. So far it's rather fun and I am loving the Tomb Raiser class. Being able to combine my tiny skeleton minions into a big "Grave Goliath" is pretty epic.

Death Trash demo. It reminds me of Fallout 1 & 2 with a groovy soundtrack and all that. Rather hopeful the full game comes out this coming year.

I hopped back into Team Fortress 2 to take advantage of their annual Smissmas update. Sold some stuff, expanded my backpack, farmed some kills as Engi on a CTF server; a fun time overall.

ive been playing this mobile game called "MadOut2" which is in a kind of GTA format. The funny thing is that it has way better car crash physics than any of the GTA games besides maybe GTA 4, and its very fun to get a very flat, fast car and then slam into a high-profile SUV or a semi truck, because it causes their car to go flying into the air. There is also an online mode, but it is somewhat cursed if you've ever seen it.

Fallout 3 -- a friend and I each made a character and we swap saves each death, while playing on Very Hard and setting challenges for the other. Doing this, Fallout 3 is the only game I have played for over a year now.

For varies reasons, I cannot bring myself to either purchase or play any new games, so I keep finding myself (when I rarely decide to play games anymore) going back to older games I deeply enjoyed. For example, before playing Fallout 3 again, the last game I played was a another 90+ hour play-through of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Update: Finished it, and it was superb. It had one of the most memorable boss fights I've had to be honest, even if the combat as a whole isn't the most solid of things ever. Still, the story and atmosphere are superb and I loved it.

I need to get back into it, haven't play this year. To be fair, we've only had one month of "this year" lol.

Honestly Fallout 3 is one of my favourite games of all time, despite it's flaws. It's what got my into Fallout. Been having trouble getting into Oblivion tho. Do you play with any mods installed with Oblivion?

GTAO, The Contract is like the story DLC we were once promised come at long last. Tons of fun, plus who doesn't like a Charger Hellcat that can't be locked on to and can take bullets and explosions with the best of them?
