Most powerful supernatural character, with examples including Mew, Asriel Dreemurr, Frisk/Chara, and Kirby

Most powerful non-deity character, with examples being SCP 682, Henry Stickman, Master Chief, and Link

Yes, but can they do that before she deletes their files? And even if they kill her, she can just restart the game like she does several times in DDLC.

Ok, if we are messing with files, she has been entered into the supernatural section. Frisk/Chara can also mess with files and restart in the cannon, but they can also screw with the timeline, and they have a weapon, and are very skilled at combat.

But Frisk/Chara's file fuckery is mostly limited to saves, whereas Monika's isn't limited at all.
