Disheveled, ear-long, jet black hair. Steely grey eyes. No scars or facial hair. Looks like he's somewhere in late teens (Sectiyeran conscription goes as low as 15, so that explains it).

FACIAL EXPRESSION
Contempt, aggressive. Tired look in eyes. Squinting eyes a little. Gritting teeth.

CLOTHING
Military clothing that resembles a Russian uniform, with an essence of NATO. On the shoulder are patches depicting the Sectiyeran and NATO flags, along with a depiction of a punisher-style skull with a sword and rifle crossed below it. Wearing a black, light scarf. Wearing dark gloves. Strapped to his lower right leg is a machete. On the visible side of his helmet, "REPÜBLIKÄJ HAŠKVIJVJ SEKTIJERIVA" is written in yellow. Desert Eagle strapped to belt.

Holding an M16 Carbine; attached to it is one of those carrying straps and a bayonet (the Sectiyeran military tries to put bayonets on literally anything that's a rifle lol).

Facial expression: Emotionless, squinting eyes a little bit, slight patriotism

Clothing: An uniform similar to that of the German Model 1936 uniform but colored Gunmetal as well as having the coat of arms of the German Brotherhood on it.

Item(s) held: A Heckler & Koch Gewehr 36 assault rifle

Additional accessories: Probably a grenade and a pistol (either a Walther PPK/E or a fictionalized modern version of the Luger) on the belt

Additional details: Not really but I will give a brief description of my coat of arms basically it is just a historical version of the German reichsadler as seen in my flag but with two heads and the crown of the Holy Roman Emperor floating above the eagle’s heads, on the eagle’s body is a shield divided into four sections of either black or gold, in the top left section is an omega symbol with a sword going through it from the bottom, in the top right section is a Fleur die lys in gold color, in the bottom left section is two keys crossed together like the keys with the papal tiara in the Vatican flag, and in the bottom right corner is a cross. The double headed eagle is sitting upon a circle containing an iron cross

Sectiyeran uniforms don't use patterns, they're single-color.
