Read the dozens of threads on this - and the FAQ - and the OSRS - and all the rest, and you'll get the same answer:

No.

Doesn't matter what the circumstances, its one nation per IP/computer/whatever else they use to track things. You want your own things? All y'all need to run things through your own computers, not share. That's just how it pans, and its nothing personal.

I'm not a moderator - I'm just telling you the same thing that everyone who asks all this gets told. If you've been kicked out of the WA, there's no way you're getting back in with that nation. I believe you're free to create a new nation to use in the WA, so long as your friends don't do the same.

You're going to buy a laptop just for that? There are probably cheaper ways to get around it.

No one ever "needs" to make a proposal. There is no way that any exception will be made to that rule. Ever. Your answer in one word: No.

If you have access to another computer you can.

Alternatively, families that all play NS can take turns being in the WA. For instance, your brother is in for... oh, say a month, then he resigns and you join the WA. Then after maybe a month, you resign, and the next person applies. Another solution is that everyone involved resigns, and the entire household shares one WA nation- which can make deciding how to vote on WA proposals and such a diplomatic affair of its own!

Or you just need to access your own WA nation from some other computer. Whether you get a laptop or use a public computer such as at the library or a school or something.

He says he's going to buy his own laptop...
But then, wouldn't he be on the same IP address?
(I'm not a computer expert, sorry)

IIRC, each computer has its own unique IP address. Thus, the UN multis wouldn't be an issue if he has his own laptop.

Woah! No need to get upset and shout. How can any one know your gender unless you tell them - and please, be polite, no one has been rude to you.

Also when the gender of a person is not known - it is usual/ common that the term 'he' is used, as it is more polite that the truly gender neutral 'it'.

Your biggest mistake was admitting it, you should have taken the chance and see what happens.

It worked for me and my brother (many years ago on a different computer and nations) that we were both able to remain memebers of the WA.

In all fairness her nation name does end in an "a" we should have known she was female.

Each computer will have its own IP on the local network at any given time (eg if the two machies at his house were both on at the same time they would both get a different local IP, most likely something 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3) but when they appear on the WAN (wide area network, or internet) they will both appear to have the same IP, which the router will have got from the ISP. (basically if both machines visit http://whatismyipaddress.com/ at the same time the result will be the same, no other router will have the result on that page, unless the ISP has some kind of proxy it pushes everyone through)

How ever, each networked device (wiredcard, wirelesscard, router etc) will have unique MAC address, but I'm not sure these can be tracked over the internet.*

*I'm going to ask the NetOps from the ISP i use to work for to find out.
