I am not sure if it is in the right place but I have a question. I am thinking of remaking a nation that was banned, it was banned because it shared the same address as another nation which was banned, something about easier to receive messages, anyways if i remake that nation can i claim the old pop and add that to my current pop? or does it have to start all over?

If it was banned, you can't recreate/revive it..
When a nation ceases to exist because of inactivity, you can revive it and it will have the same population it had when it ceased to exist.

I know just add a extra thing or something but I want a MOD to tell me.

If you want to make it like "nation X number 2" yeah, you'll need to start all over. Seen it plenty of times

Not many will accept you adding your population, but it varies from group to group.

If your nation was simply banned from the WA, just create a new nation to join with and don't share your computers with other WA players. No, we can't prove 'it was just your brother' or what not, and no you won't be allowed to rejoin with the one that was kicked out of it. The rules are pretty clear cut that way - no multies, no we can't just take your word for it, and yes, there are pretty solid indicators before one is removed for it.

If your nation was deleted, you could always appeal using the Getting Help Page, but successful appeals are rare, given we tend to be careful about deletions.
