Exceptions have been made when a region's internal affairs are significant and relevant to the wider gameplay community; generally this was with feeder turmoil when new governments turn up, but it could apply to this situation given TBR's significance the last few years. I'm taking a look at the thread, but I won't guarantee it'll be locked.
