Because I'm not ruling what you reported as outright spam; if I did, you'd be correct, and I would have removed it.

Silly? Yes. Potentially unwanted? Sure, if the OP says it is. But as a one-off, in an OOC thread that appears deliberately self-aware of the more humorous aspects of otaku culture, spam? No. It's certainly no worse than the "just above bar" "almost tag spam" we allow people to post, which it could just as easily be. As it is, it's borderline, and I'm willing to give the player the benefit of the doubt - but the thread OP doesn't have to.

Hence: if the OP has a problem with it, as OP, they can ask it be removed.
