First and foremost, this is a report thread in Moderation; you're not a Moderator. You're not reporting anything, nor are you a reported party. The nation's name is Sadsa and they are posting things in Chinese characters which appear to be spam in the International Incidents. They were founded June 11 and only have three posts, so I suspect this to be intentional spam.

Sorry Mods, I don't mean to speak out of term, but adding to the report. The spammer is requesting credit card info through an application for a diploma at some University in China. Please nip that one quick before someone is scammed out of their money.
