The thing is, think about it, if someone is determined to try and shock us, there's very little we can do to block them compleatly without shutting down or off the forum, which would be bad. It's the nature of the Internet. I mean, they are already having to go through the nation creation process, find a proxy, and after we squash them (Which, usually, takes about a minute), go through the whole process again.
We COULD shut down everything, but that would probably annoy just about everyone. Given that, usually, we have a number of Mods on who are able to respond quickly, this is probably the fastest and best way to go about it without loosing functionality or users.
