Our Gracious Kaiser near the bottom of page 2 might be Kopania posting past a 1 day ban

Makes sense, except for what date the nation was founded. Of course, it might be a previously created puppet, and he's happening to use it now to post past a ban.

Yes, we usually GORT (sorry, I always liked that one better than "DEAT" :p ) nations for posting past bans...but Kryo is a Forum Moderator. The 3-day ban was probably just a stopgap solution until a GM came around.
