A long time ago in NS Euroslavia put up a handy guide for RP, and I've copied it over, with all due credit and links to the original, here.

I'd like to ask it get stickied as it was on Jolt, if possible. It has a lot of good ideas and links in it for people looking to RP. Thanks!
