Am I allowed to make joke reports?
The downside is that it wastes the mods' time.
But the upside is that it may make them (and other people) laugh, which indeed renders the aforementioned downside null-and-void, as the indomitable Chaplin said, "a day without laughter is a day wasted". So time spent laughing can, by (Chaplin's) definition, never be wasted time.
This is a serious question, I must add. I didn't find any rule about this in the OSRS, so I thought it'd be better to seek clarity on the rules before taking any such action. The forum in general, and Moderation in particular, is mostly a ghost town anyway, and can't possibly be contristated by some mirth. But whatever you tell me the rule is, I shall act accordingly.
