I'm really confused as to what part is the "flamebaiting" on this

dude calls himself a "militant" yet behaves in a totally opposite manner, so I challenged it. It's like a Catholic claiming to support abortion, and people accuse each other of "whining" all the time on this forum. Are we not allowed to check people's self-identification based on their behavior? Are we not allowed to bring up their previous posts to discredit their current statements? Or is there a blanket ban on the "muh" meme?

I'd actually like a second opinion on this cos frankly it's silly that people can make wild claims like being a "militant" (which itself is a legally significant term and implies use of violence) and not expect to be called out on it. This honestly strikes me as something that would be called snark normally, but given that right now most of NSG is in an altered emotional state (to put it nicely,) it's being treated differently.

Flamebaiting is the act of making a post designed to get a rise out of the other poster, with the aim of making them respond angrily. The post in question does that.

There's already 3 or 4 threads on this already so I thought it'd be spammy to make another.

This one isn't actionable on its own. People are allowed to be happy that Trump won and express said happiness in the thread. It becomes a problem only when it is excessive or involves trolling, gloating, or flame-baiting. This post appears pretty similar to the post that Necro ruled not actionable above and I agree with her reasoning.
