One of the rules in the One Stop Rules Shop states that users are not allowed to post in a non-English language outside of the dedicated foreign language threads.
There is currently an active thread in circulation where nations post in Dutch.

Am I allowed to create a new Spanish thread, similar to the Dutch language thread, or is that best left avoided?
