Would it be fine to make a dispatch advertising a World Assembly resolution and then go on to mention many nations/delegates using [nation][/nation] tags? I ask this because I'm too lazy to telegram, and I'm worried it would count as WA advertising spam, so would it be fine? Thank you in advance.

You know the saying about "if you have to ask..."? It likely applies here.

To give a definite answer: do not do it. It would be considered evasion of the WA campaign telegram filters, and get you warned for spam.
