This user, Pennyslov, has been constantly spamming Got Issues with their poorly written drafts:

It also seems very likely to me that they are trolling, as they seem to be unable to take feedback:

Grammarly isn't perfect. You still need to know how to write english correctly, which clearly you aren't very good at.
Plus, Jesus Christ man, stop capitalizing every single word. That's now how it works.

They aren't willing to listen to anyone else, and they respond very aggressively to anyone trying to criticize them. They have also continued this behavior even after being warned by the mods to knock it off.
