Stop DEATing the nations of nationstates when they get forumbanned, fourmban them and give them 10 chances this will be good for new ns users

Nations aren't DEATed when they get a forumban. They are DEATed, however, when they get a forumban and then use another nation to post to get around their ban. A forum ban generally applies to the player, not the nation.
EDIT: And, well, since you have a forumban on another nation ...
