I know that a Mod has responded already, but for further context Zaeylia sort of veered off topic and said something that didn't really make any sense regarding the cliche thread.

I know which other type of Users: Despotic Nation RP; but let me show you something:

Modernist authoritarian regimes and contemporary global democracies both appear as cliches but they are mere tropes. When asked to elaborate, both of them conclude with what is essentially an oligarchy (technocracy, meritocracy, theocracy...) That's the "behind-the-scenes" cliche of NS.

*By "actual monarchies" I'm essentially suggesting that "A Constitutional/Parliamentary Monarchy" doesn't exist. It's a two-word contradiction.

The post was remarked with confusion, some replies, and then they kept it going with a topic utterly unnecessary within the cliche thread.

Neither do psychiatrists use "schizophrenia" in such a way, nor do political scientists use "monarchy" to refer to contemporary hereditary, ceremonial heads of state. In the former case, "schizophrenia" has about 12-15 categories, each having 3-5 sub-categories within it. Some of those categories do mean a "split" mind such as F31.5. In the latter, "monarchy" is a reference to either feudal or absolute monarchies, excluding pre-536 A.D. "empires/civilizations". It always has to be specified as "constitutional/parliamentary monarchy" to get through the editorials.

On the note of "not seeing this here lol", I never thought that a political simulator would re-define what "Francoism" is, either, but here we are lol.

I do not see why this should be discussed within the thread, so I believe that Gandoor was not quite over the line in this instance.
