*looms ominously* No need to be rude. Pointing out someone's faults or controversial actions is one thing, being intentionally edgy and rude contributes nothing and might be taken as trolling.

If the only point of death threads is to mourn the deceased then there is no purpose to them at all.

I don't mourn people who don't deserve it, and there are very few ways to express that sentiment without being warned for "trolling". Even now you're looming for the most tame expression of indifference I can possibly construe. Death threads shouldn't be a pity party where we all gather around to jerkoff the deceased and wish them well. There's no debate there, just an echo chamber. Either allow us to actually discuss the deceased and how we felt about them or don't allow death threads at all because anything else is pointless.
