I think this violates the rules by explicitly endorsing what they themselves call "acts of terrorism". There is being skeptical about the swatting being legitimate, and then there is outright endorsing it

Borderline, but not actionable.
They're not endorsing/supporting acts of terrorism, but remarking they respect those [actions] that intimidate fascists.
Let us know if it escalates.
