There are also those who don't wish to get better, those types shouldnt go to jail but I dont think they should be part of the general public either, they're a health hazard. We really need to bring back the padded rooms and building-sized psych wards. At some point we have to accept these people are not going to get better and its better to have them in specialized facilities where they can be comfortable and away from the public like those fake towns for people with alzheimers.
